Ingredients

1/4 cup Capilano honey
2 1/4 tbs wholegrain mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider or white wine vinegar

Method

• 1Add all ingredients to a clear screw top jar.
• 2Secure lid and shake jar until Capilano honey is dissolved and dressing is smooth.

Notes

1. This dressing works well with any green salad or a warm or cold chicken salad, or even salad leaves with leftover roast meat.
