Honey Lemon Butter Sauce

  • Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup Capilano honey
1/4 lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons butter

Method

  • 1Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • 2Stir over moderate heat until butter melts.
  • 3Simmer 1 minute. Serve warm.

Notes

  1. Also perfect on desserts such as bread-&-butter custard and gingerbread.
