Ingredients
250 grams mixed berries in season
(or frozen)
250 grams low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons Capilano honey
Method
- 1Place all ingredients in a blender.
- 2Blend on high until thick and frothy.
- 3Serve in tall glasses.
Notes
- A mix of fresh and frozen berries can be used.
- High in calcium.
- High in anti-oxidants.
- Any leftovers can be placed in kids ice block moulds and frozen for a healthy kids treat on a hot day.
